Berlou is a village, but also a stream. Discover a vast property, with a view of the surrounding nature and vineyards, which hosts top-of-the-range gîtes and, a short distance away, a gourmet restaurant "Le Faitout". Frédéric and Nathalie have woven a thread of pleasure here and all you have to do is follow the trails they suggest to let yourself be tempted by the delights of Berlou.

With a private spa, swimming pool and massage facilities, the gîtes offer terraces overlooking the vineyards and invite you to lose track of time... And, when time becomes gourmet, the "Faitout" (the stewpot), a restaurant run by Frédéric and Nathalie, widely recommended, rewarded and labelled in numerous reference books, welcomes you or delivers its home-made dishes. Presented in the form of a stewpot, to be heated in the oven, they are ready to be served and enjoyed. In addition, a selection of Saint Chinian - Berlou wines will complete this tasting.

For a one-week stay, the "Haut-Languedoc" house comfortably accommodates small groups of 6 to 12 people, and even 14 people, by combining the "cosy nest" gîte nearby, who can meet for an epicurean interlude.

For families or couples of friends, the gîtes can be adapted to accommodate 4 to 6 people.

During this week, Frédéric, the chef, is ready to share his gastronomic tips and tricks by offering cooking classes in your gîte. He will also offer you a 3-course "invitation to taste" meal with 3 glasses of AOC Saint Chinian wine in his restaurant. You can also try your hand at pottery, discover the local food plants, go and see the local winegrowers, visit the markets, enjoy the outdoor activities in the Caroux mountains, or simply contemplate the landscape by imagining it populated by dinosaurs, as it was a long time ago.
