10h-12h and 14h-17h Opening of the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions, Staircase of the Commandery. Free participation

12h: lunch, Onsite or in restaurants (Olargues Fleurs Restaurant Laissac and The Tightrope Olargues and the Inn Mauroul - hamlet Mauroul towards Col de Fontfroide - which offers a special menu)

Musical entertainment by strolling the streets
