Starting from Minerve, proud Cathare city, this itinerary takes nice back roads and crosses typical small villages where the wine cellars offers tastings of local wines. The landscapes are going from vineyards to small hills with the road winding around them. You will end the loop by a quite physical steep ascent and then a downhill part to Minerve, with great view on the village and the Cesse river Canyon.
