Departure/arrival: OT de Saint-Pons de Thomières
A long and demanding route from Saint Pons de Thomières. This itinerary will lead you to the Lac de Vesoles (Vesoles lake) via Le Sentier de 1000 Marches (1000 steps path). You will discover a very complete circuit, offering a first rolling part until Prémian, before a second part at the same time technical and very aesthetic to join the Lake of Vesoles. You will then return to Saint-Pons in a beautiful forest atmosphere, on ideal terrain to lengthen your stride. Be careful! This is a difficult route, due to its length and the technical nature of the path between Langlade and the Lac de Vesoles. For experienced trail runners only. Only to be done in good weather and on dry ground.
