Permanent markets
Olonzac Market:
This market takes place all year round on Tuesdays. Usually open from 7am to 1pm. Exhibitors: about 80 to 150.
In the off-season, it occupies the rue des écoles, in front of the municipal park and the high school, the allées des tonneliers and Général De Gaulle, and goes up to the place du marché aux herbes.
In the summer season, it expands: from the main street to the covered market, passing through the church square, you will find all the food shops. For the other stalls, from the war memorial to the rue de la Pommeraie.

Saint-Pons-de-Thomières Market:
There are two of them.1- The open-air market:
This market takes place all year round on Wednesdays. Usually open from 8am to 1pm. Exhibitors: 20 to 130.
It extends to the Place des Tilleuls and the Place du Foirail.
2-Les Halles:
This market takes place all year round on Sundays. Usually open from 9am to 12pm. Exhibitors: 8 to 20.
It occupies the Place des Tilleuls.
Mons la Trivalle Market:
This market takes place all year round on Thursdays. Usually open from 8am to 1pm. Exhibitors: variable.It takes place on the avenue de la gare, on the esplanade in front of the town hall.
In the summer, the market also takes place on Sunday mornings.
Roquebrun Market:
This market takes place all year round on Fridays. Usually open from 8am to 1pm. Exhibitors: variable.It occupies the Farret esplanade.
Olargues Market:
Sunday mornings in the town hall square. Usually from 8 am to 1 pm.
Saint Julien Market:
Sunday morning on the Vilaris square, from 7am to 12pm. Exhibitors: food shops.
Market start and end times may vary depending on the weather and the season.
Cancellations are possible for various reasons: bad weather, strikes, etc.
Short circuit markets
The short-circuit farmers' market in Agel:
A farmers' and consumers' market takes place in the village hall every two weeks, on Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm.
How is it organised? Producers inform us of the availability of their products. These proposals are grouped together by volunteers and sent to the consumers by email, 10 days before. Delivery takes place during the Agel market.

Summer Markets
Local growers' market in Ferrals les Montagnes:
Every Sunday morning from the 5th of July to the 6th of September inclusive, from 9am to 12.30pm.
Bread and pastries baked in a wood-fired oven, goat's and cow's milk products and cheeses, wines, grape juice, fruit and vegetables, berries and jams, honeys, olives and olive oil, fresh pasta, charcuterie... As always, this market brings together growers and craftsmen from Ferrals and the surrounding area, who are happy to offer you their authentic and natural products in a relaxed and very friendly country atmosphere.
To round off the morning, you can have lunch at the Auberge de Ferrals.
In the afternoon, take the opportunity to visit the Maison de l'Abeille (bee's house) in Cassagnoles.
