This part is shorter and the difference in altitude is smaller: an opportunity to take your time.
The first part takes you from the Camping de la Roque to the Col des 7 Frères (The Seven Brothers Pass), mainly through the Somail forest. After the pass, the hamlet of Langlade welcomes you with its 12th century church, followed by a short climb, to finish with a south-facing descent to Prémian.
